A letter to the Scribes (DM, most likely)

Fellow Scribes,

  I have been asked by a person who wished to rent a property for an event. They located a building that appears to have been abandoned, near the Palm Heights, and they asked for an estimate for renting it and maybe restoring it just enough for the event itself.

I can of course show the building in question, as there does not appear to be anybody living there at the time, nor is there a plaque that would suggest it could be rented in the traditional sense.
