Expand "bounty board" turn in options

The Bounties are really cool and it's nice to see them back in this new format. With that said, it might be cool if they could be turned in with some alternative ways just like some of the other systems have "back alley" means to turn stuff in.

For example:

Turning in well exiles to Kha'esh as slaves instead of back to the Janissary (Yes, I know you /kill/ them, but I think the idea can just be roleplayed)
Alternatively - Bring their heads / proof to the same types of seedy settlements (Qadira, Ka'esh, etc)  for whatever shady reasons can be invented.
Also, a certain faction hidden away is often seeking bodies. Might be a cool thing for them as well.
