Namechange + Property

Somewhere between getting Legate and name change, my rental payment never fired so my property in Palm Heights lapsed on rent and all my furniture still belongs to Sol Auk, not Legate Sol Auk.

Since it's a public space the PCs in the faction are able to still use it, but in a few days I'll need a DM help to repurchase it with new name, and flip my furniture to the new name!
