Janisarry Favor Pay

A simple suggestion, a lot of Janissary work impeded the ability to do a bunch of questies / patrols for favor. I think it'd be cool to passively earn it to make use of some of the shop items.

I just think it'd be neato. Plus I think every other faction gets a favor wage now. So why not?
