Additional Ranger Favored Enemy

I suggest, if possible, to give favored enemy at very 3 levels instead of every 5 levels.  So at level 1,6, and 9 instead of level 1,5, and 10z

With the server level range I think it would boost the power of a ranger by allowing them to be more useful in a more broad range.

I think it would also give some extra versatility.

I would love to see this, and I would definitely play a pure ranger with these changes.
