A curt letter to the Legates of Ephias Well

That little ashrat Tutor thinks he will be able to hide beneath your toga and avoid paying me what he owes.

It will be the opinion of Ephias Well that this is a violation of our agreement with our new Satrap, wayward Arslan.

My suggestion would be the appointment of a Colonial Overseer to teach them of civilization and honoring agreements. When the war is over I will have a sudden bounty of free time.

I will be glad to take up the job.

Also I am out of money and need more armies so every time a mercenary company asks me for money I'm going to send them to you. Hope you don't mind.
