Dear Legate al-Farisyya,

It has been some time since we have been able to speak, so I do hope you are well. In any case, I have a diplomatic proposal to Tlonsiyya that I would like your approval on:

Mission 1: Humanitarian
First and foremost, we must address the major health concerns that have been seen among those living in Tlonsiyya- we must not abandon those who suffer. Water will be delivered, and care will be given to those in need. The hope is that these actions improve our standing with the settlement, but ultimately is unnecessary. Additionally, this will be a good opportunity for us to tour their mine and invite a representative to return with the envoy to Ephian's Well to discuss trade further.

Requirements:   
- Concrete numbers of water we can give.
- A group (Must include Attar)
- Funding
