Dear Deputy Chief Scribe,

I am a poor beggar with no dinars to my name. I have been forced to spend all of my dinars because of the sending tax that the Legates instituted, leaving me with no dinars to buy various Ashfolk wares. I have been told by fellow beggars that this is bad for your economy and must be lowered immediately to zero dinars. Then, I will be able to buy all sorts of Ashfolk wares and make fat men in Baz'eel, who I worship, much wealthier.
