As per our discussion from a few days ago, one of the Scribes has drafted this contract regarding how the Pyramid can further reimburse the Second Flame Smithing Guild for supplying the Fourth Legion with sparks of revelations.

Contract for the Provision of Sparks of Revelation

Entered into under the gaze of the Mother, witnessed by the scribes of the Sublime Garden, and to be entered into the Ledger of Mutual Obligation.

This agreement is made between the Palatial Pyramid, represented by Legate Faith Kruehtzer and Legate Vellyn Lhyrian, hereafter referred to as "the Pyramid," and the Second Flame Smithing Guild, represented by Speaker Dudley, hereafter referred to as "the Guild," for the regular provision of Sparks of Revelation to the Sultan's Fourth Legion.


I. Obligations of the Guild

The Guild agrees to:

• Produce Sparks of Revelation and offer said sparks to members of the Sultan's Fourth Legion at a unit price not exceeding 80 dinari.
• Maintain accurate records of each transaction, including:

 • Date of exchange
 • Number of sparks provided
 • Identity of receiving Janissary

• Upon fulfillment of a minimum of 50 sparks provided, submit an Invoice and Record of Transactions to the Pyramid for review.

II. Obligations of the Pyramid

The Pyramid agrees to:

• Provide disbursement to the Guild in the amount of 40 dinari per spark recorded as delivered to the Fourth Legion, upon receipt of the verified Invoice and Record.

III. Additional Provisions

• This cycle of provision, record, and reimbursement may continue indefinitely unless terminated in writing by either party.
• The threshold of 50 sparks may be amended by mutual agreement to alter the frequency of reimbursement for administrative convenience.
• This contract shall remain binding across successive Legates, provided the incoming Legates affirm continuity and the contract's signatory fields are duly updated.
• Should a dispute arise, arbitration shall be sought first within the Sublime Garden before escalation.
