XPs handed out and you...

Browsing through logs i've noticed a few people wondering why they didn't have as much XP as the other guy after a dm event. Mostly new people, probably, so here's a quick clarification.

You dont get the same XP because you don't have the same lvl. Giving 1000 xp to a lvl9 doesn't have the same impact as giving 1000 to a lvl4.

You don't get the same XP if you didn't take the same risks.

You don't get the same XP because sometimes you forget to RP or to stay IC when things get rough.

You don't get the same XP because some people do things that are more cool than others.

You don't get the same XP because the other guy died earlier and sometimes we can make up a bit for it.

You don't get the same XP because perhaps you got better loot or custom loot.

Etc.
