Recall spell not working

My character is Joshua DeWitt. The spell recall (written in game as regroup) is not working properly. When I cast it I get stuck into an endless loop: the spell is cast, and then the casting suddenly resumes, and so on until I am forced to log out. I do not know if I am doing anything wrong, for example in the means to choose the targets of the spell, but I haven't been able to find any feedback in irc.
