General Requirements:

Learning how to become a Shifter generally requires being taught how to become one by either a PC or NPC shifter.

To earn the Shifter Prestige Class, it is helpful to explain why - for your character - the Shifter class is more appropriate than simply continuing to level up as a druid.

This is a difficult class to earn. Every Shifter will be different. It is key that you incorporate some fresh, unique angle into the app/character to explain why the class is justified.
