npc clerics shouldn't grant spells to pcs of opposed alignments.  Somebody that walks in with a zombie in tow, or with Malarite tattoos, probaby shouldn't be getting barkskins from Oggla, for instance.

I think that someone walking in with a Zombie is different then Someone who may be Evil Aligned. The dude with the zombie should prolly know better, and the malarite shouldn't want it. imo, this is a player-side thing, and cannot be arbitrarily masked over by giving an npx a detect alignment she doesnt need and shouldnt have..

Besides, someone could be evil -and- legitimately offer prayer to Chauntea.
"So what else is on your mind besides 100 proof women, 90 proof whisky, and 14 karat gold?"
"Amigo, you just wrote my epitaph."

"Maybe there's just one revolution.  The good guys against the bad guys.  The question is, who are the good guys?"

Yes. Evil people like growth too.

I dont look at this as any differend than being buffed by a PC priest. Your giving coins for a buff.

Malarites, yes maybe... Necromancer with tag-along zombie, no thats lame.

Players should use good judgment and not wander into Oggla's if they are a notorious necromancer or have a zombie following them.

Not worth trying to script these kinds of restrictions.
