Ranger bonus to Spot/Listen/Search

Can anybody verify that this has

worked in EfU:A before Christmas and
worked in EfU:A at any point in time after Christmas

My first random char on EfU, an Elven ranger, whom I played for a few days and got to level 5, I -THINK- had it working AFTER X-mas.

Le bump.

I am now officially signing under the fact that upon reaching level 5, my PC did not receive those bonuses.

Neither the Ranger speed bonus!

It probably stop to work on february 7th 2009. I found out what was wrong and fixing this.
