Ancient Reliquarium quest not giving relics

Just completed the One Time quest, 'Ancient Reliquarium', and when I got to the end, I clicked the placeable, was told I was given a relic (Urn of Hot Sands) , but it never appeared in my inventory nor the placeable.



Domains are Law and Sun, incase that is relevant

I don't have a screenshot, as it was several weeks ago (I did ask about it in #ask-efu-dms), but I can echo this also happened to me when completing the Reliquarium.

Can confirm as well, same thing happened to me today.  I did not however even get the name of my relic in the combat log, the journal was updated and I received no relic.
