She says that she is going to give you a grapple gun to go and get the eggs but she actually gives you a potion of cure minor wounds.

Update: this still happens, she doesn't give the Grappling Gun

DM Vlaid give me one to test it out, and when I used it, and clicked on the eggs, I got an option to collect them, but my journal didn't update and I couldn't turn the quest in with her.

Got a grappling hook and rope, but while standing in the horizontal climbing zone it says this device cannot be used to climb or cross large spaces.
