Female gnome head hood toggle does not work

There is a hooded gnome female head but the hood toggle does not work, can it please be fixed to work? Gnome ladies should be allowed to put hoods on when doing vile deeds like eating ortolans.

Same goes for dwarf, there's hood models for them as well.
