Bracers of armor give armor AC, as in the same AC that the spell Mage Armor gives. Its meant to grant you 1 ac if you're wearing cloth armor. Odd that its allowing you to cast without being equipped though. That part is most likely a bug.

A good character. I had hoped someone would eventually figure things out, but alas they didn't.

They were a staple of efu for the longest time. It's strange and more than a little sad to imagine an efu without a diz-e wildling or necromancer in it.

If we're being technical it is also druid see invis! Wizards just happen to be able to cast it. The spell description also suggests it grants ultravision or at least visibility in darkness, so it is easy enough to justify that as the reasoning for its casting rather than automatically saying the person is a necromancer.

That said I don't think it would be at all broken if a GSF granted it 1/turn per level status rather than the current 1 turn per 2 levels.

Silence grants 100% immunity to sonic. Would be an amusing potion to exist. Not that I think removing sonic damage from elemental protection is a good idea given we have quests where you may enduring a barrage of 10+ sound bursts in a round if you are unfortunate.

Extra known spells would be great. Though it would absolutely represent a significant power spike in sorcerers.  I'm confident one extra known spell  would allow me to trounce any same-level wizard fairly effortlessly in a duel, but still wizards have plenty of nice things going for them such as skillpoints, spellcraft, earlier spells and two bonus feats. 

Though if you ever find yourself "agonizing" over choosing something "cool" over something "useful" maybe you should just pick what you enjoy rather than what causes you a great deal of discomfort. Nobody is going to judge you over your spell selection.  You are the arbiter of your own fun.

It's currently impossible to place them inside of walls etc, it seems many of those that were placed by the retired bad apple aren't de-spawning when they get destroyed even by dm's. I've witnessed at least three get destroyed and then seen them come back the next reset.

Seems to blue "Dissipating Potion of Clarity" can be sold at the moment. Though it seems to spawn only from certain mongrelwood scavenge points

Suggestions / Animal Empathy on player pets/summons

I feel that animal empathy should have an adverse effect on hostile summoned animals and animal companions. Though I don't think they should change hands. Instead I think they should be feared or lose attack bonus for a few rounds on a successful animal empathy check to represent their unwillingness to fight.

You can use the examine mark and one other tool to reveal whether a person is in detect or stealth mode and I believe it works for anyone, but gives no other information without rogue levels. Still some visual indicator would be nice.

People keep asking me to make one of these even though I'm not very good at keeping screenshots. Ashley Embersight was my attempt at bringing the deity Yevathax's lore to the forefront where everyone could see it. As he really hadn't been given much attention by the playerbase at large despite making appearances frequently. Though my character could control undead, she never animated it and was much more suited to destroying it. For much of my time with her selling potions and preaching she only had access to level 3 spells. Though eventually Yevathax took notice and one of the pumpkins in her garden exploded leaving her pumpkin scepter behind.

She was designed mechanically to fulfill a more supporting role, from a roleplaying perspective my aim was for her to be an antagonist towards arbiters, paladins, faithless and necromancers who did not offer prayers to Yevathax. Beyond her two very scary level five spell slots, she wasn't actually very strong.  Constantly encumbered by 40lbs due to her low strength score and heavy full plate and relied entirely upon bulls strength to move around. Oh she was also vulnerable to piercing damage, which is thematic for things related to Yevathax!

I'm not sure I could recommend cleric to anyone from a mechanical perspective, but I did enjoy the roleplay thoroughly and would definitely recommend that folks take a look at the underrepresented small-gods available to them. There are fleeting opportunities to establish and flesh out their respective dogma. Don't waste them!

Half elf just gaining +2 cha would be fine since they lose the extra feat humans get and otherwise have mediocre bonuses.

Full blooded mountain orc stats on efu last I played one were as followers +4 strength, -2 wis -2 int -2 cha and light sensativity (-2 all saves and ab during the day and blindness on failed fort save). So half-orcs are already significantly better in that regard.

They have a unique model that sets them apart and while I agree they are ironically quite weak. I don't think removing any of their negatives is a good idea because of the relative value of +2 strength at lower levels into the higher levels vs the other stats which usually only provide benefits at the top end of the efu level scale. Perhaps if they had light sensitivity +2 strength -2 int wouldn't be so bad.

You realize going to the dispensary early gives you a chance to pick up buffs like imp invis, stacks of 200 gold, random prestige items (I've gotten items worth 250 gold from the random on the ground spawns) right?

Also it was added to create interesting skirmishes in the commons over sometimes petty amounts of loot. It's not meant as a reward for being online and active. You get those rewards in the form of quest completion, advancement xp and whatever you can yield from your interactions with players/dms.

Was asked to bug report this. Apparently clerics are supposed to get the Scry spell as a level 5 spell, but currently this is not the case.
