Just makes 3/4 and 2/4 classes easier to build multiclass if you can pick as first feat and no real reason to have a 1 bab requirement for take them.

Some people just want to look at what you have a leave. That's always going to happen. Engaging people and creating an engaging situation really falls on the merchant. It is after all something you have decided to pursue as a major part of your character. I personally liked to use merchanting to get into politics, influence people by discussing their views with them, getting peoples views on current events, trying to steer people towards things, using trade to leverage people to do things I wanted, encouraging people to sell things they hadn't considered selling, having a niche that makes people want to come to you (I basically bought everything and offered bounties on things like cigarettes etc making people keep coming back to me regularly which strikes up longer relations with people), strike trade deals with other players, get them to bring their wares to you instead of selling them themselves, pay people to collect things for you. Merchanting is only what you make of it and it will all be on you as the merchant to create interesting scenarios, but just because you open a stall don't expect people to strike up anything engaging most people will just want to browse and move along.

I really like these spells, however from a practicality point of view most mobs on quests etc won't survive long enough for them to take effect as for best results you would have to make 1 mob fail 3 saves against a cantrip, then fail a save against hex dispersion (4 spell fails) at which point this mob is probably already dead or a lot around it is. I can see it being good in niche scenarios where mobs live a lot longer but I would suggest the following:

- If a mob dies while under the effect of a curse or curses, a nearby mob must make a will save vs whatever the casters save was, if it fails it is afflicted with said curses with some visual queue so you know which one is cursed. Could require SF or GSF: transmutation.

- If a mob is afflicted with all three curses, they are marked for death and start taking ticking damage (don't know how much but maybe some astral damage each round while it has all three curses on it doesn't have to be massive)

- Hex dispersion instead of being one save against a mob, make it a circle area of effect: if a creature afflicted with at least one curse is in the area of effect, then all mobs must make a save against the casters DC or be afflicted with said curse/curses.

Don't know if that's too much, but considering the hoops you have to jump through to set this kind of combo up I think it would be quite cool and flavourful, while being pretty useful.

Spamming these is really boring I would suggest a 3 round cooldown

Change spell slots on items for spontaneous casters (Sorc / Bards) to Spell charges (like the wizard generalist re-generate spell slot), so if you had 3 bonus 1 slots and 2 bonus 2 on items, on rest you would gain those charges and use a play tool on yourself when you want to restore or add that many to each slot. This would be a good way to get around things like polymorph losing slots and mean that sorcerers/bards much like prepared classes. I suppose you could do it with all spellslots, but might be a bit strong being able to change multiple slots as you go taking away from the whole preparation side of things.

Suggestions / Player tool for quick cast buffs

I was thinking it would be cool to reduce casting time for buffs that take forever, if you could like store certain spells like in spell notes and assign it to a player tool, then click on a person and cast all those buffs in one go. But maybe to balance it make it so it has to be channelled for like 3 rounds and if you get hit during those three rounds you get immediately subdued or if its a hostile npc you go immediately to -1 hp so it can't be abused. Just a quality of life suggestion.

Recommend the protective tool on this duration is changed to:

2*Summon Level+ 2 rounds per 3 ranks of painting.

Currently just 2 rounds per 3 ranks of painting.

I have a few additional questions regarding matters that can't seem to be agreed upon by scribes or anyone else for that matter, if you find the time I would appreciate your insight in these:

1. Do you have a copy of the initial quote for the pricing structure of the district at both the sand gate and rose gate? I am getting mixed reports of 500,000 dinars each, but with 500,000 in reserve and some saying the sand gate is 500,000 dinars and the rose gate is 1,000,000 dinars. This is quite the discrepancy so I would need some clarity.

2. Is it possible for all future licenses to have a date affixed to them? It would make the life of scribes much easier and allow easier implementation of potential changes in the future.

3. Where do we stand on setting the price of bellows for citizens? Myself and Domhnall have discussed increasing it and I do not know if that falls within our purview or not.
