Stall signs

can someone fix the stall signs so they don't break and stick whatever is on them so they can't change, if ya can't at least remove them, i am getting annoyed of them.

It's only the lower one that isn't resetting.

It is, but I reported this a week ago and nothing happened, so I thought this might raise the profile a bit.

DMs are quite aware of this bug, I am sure, but anything that renames an item is prone to this I am sure.

Yeah, it's one of those known issues that everybody accepts because it's not of great importance. If somebody hassles you for not renting the sign, just explain to them OOCly that it's a system bug.
