Whispering Winds, Forgotten Forest

Because whispering winds uses the same area configuration menu as teleportation it's completely impossible to use Whispering Winds on an area inside the mist.  I can understand the mists interfering with the teleportation spell, but why it'd interfere with a spell that simply sends a message on the wind is a bit baffling.  Could this please be fixed? Otherwise this spell is nine times out of ten, completely useless unless you so happen to have a large group of people stumble upon one of your checkpoints in the withered lands (Which doesn't include the newly withered areas of the Crossroads and the Scars).
