This is common knowledge, but I couldn't find a thread reporting it: The Iron Nails quest is bugged. There is a trap that can't be seen, that will instantly kill you. I just lost 3 party-members to this trap. Supposedly it was nowhere near us when it triggered and killed 3 people out of the blue.

There is a lot of traps in this quest. And only one really nasty one. It is however in the extension of the entrance, and has on occasion gone all "Morghoul Carpet" on people. The trap itself can however be found with search, and if you have insulation and  plenty of hit points, it is hardly instant kill.

The only thing that is bugged about this trap, is that it doesn't reset itself after the quest is done. So if other people did the quest before you, and triggered or disarmed it, it won't be there for you.
