The Pillars quest Bug

In the new arrivals tower i seem to always have problems with the pillar quest. The first problem is that when you enter the quest area sometimes the disks are not showing on the pillars and you have to leave and re-enter the quest area. The second is that upon completion of the quest the chest already has the appearance of being open and has nothing in it when you have finished with the pillars unlocking the door. I suppose this is an exploit as well.. When you come into the room for the first time without resetting it by going out then back in the door is sometimes already open and there is loot in the chest and therefor you could simple walk into the quest area take the loot and walk out.

Perhaps others have experienced this as well.

I have experienced the missing disks many times myself. I reported this monthes ago. But the problem is still going on it seem.
