Character name change modifies alchemy recipes

Hi,

My character's name changed recently, and I've tried alchemy again for the first time since it went into effect. I've noticed that all my alchemical recipes from before no longer produce the same result.

Prior: Niven Scurlock

Possibly not something that can be fixed, at all, or anytime soon at least. Downside of the action of being Letoed for different name.

It is not priority at the moment for me to check the system and see if it can be edited without issue, I fear, as I got a lot of other stuff going on, so I can't promise how long it would take until I can look at it.
