This will impact some people more than others, but the House of Governance has been reworked. Especially the upper levels. They may face a few further alterations / some correction. This should be considered a retroactive change.

Coming next reset (v4_1306):
  • Tasha's Hideous Laughter now has +1 DC when your target is the same race as you.
  • Zombie form has been removed from Polymorph Self. It will now turn you into a giant spider unless you have set it to something else.
  • Lair points will now decrease faster if you have reached higher tiers.
  • Induction into the Civil Servants is now automated. Civil Servant players are still responsible for handling the recruits and ensuring they fit the association.

Some new things which have come online recently but have not yet been publically documented:
  • A Workmill scrap collection system... With associated favour points and favour store.
  • Machine Cargo Drop events which players may have already noticed happening. These involve a "king of the hill" style event, whereby PCs wait and perhaps compete over unknown cargo.
  • Ambient NPCs, which appear at random at certain places in the module (sometimes with a sending indicating their purpose). As this new system is expanded, we expect it to make inns, taverns, marketplaces, and more... more vibrant and unpredictable places to visit. (This includes the various inns and places beyond Sanctuary.) PCs will be able to occasionally find random Quest Givers, Merchants, flavour NPCs and more in these places.

  • Caravan escort quests from Sanctuary to the Mound now occur from time to time.
  • The Mound Lift has been updated. It now works using the voyage system, similar to the Trams & Boats.

  • Placeables and Triggers can now be spawned (to a degree) through the EFU Random Encounter system. As of this reset, players will begin to see some of the first results of this change.
