Recently rolled up a wilds character, between a quest out there and the gathering quest, went from 2-4 rather quickly, and I knew nothing of the area, just wandered around..if your trying to play a wilds char without h/ms say, a barbarian, then it would seem impossible, but if you have the h/ms most wilds do, you are not below 4 for very long.

I have one equipped, and have found several, on different pc's over the last few months, on that quest, the charges are never there, I always assumed the Boss used them, until I noticed he was swinging a spear.

This does seem quite awesome, and Kiaring being a DM now, solves the DM problem!  Please do this, but make it harder then a guild house, if it truly can go on voyages.

I have not partaken in one of these gatherings, but have witinessed a few in socal(southern california).  They wear real armor, and the things they swing, though dull, hurt like hell when hit an unarmored part.  Takes Larp, and injects steroids and rips out the rules.  Though, I do not recall any fantasy elements, closer to a renactment troupe? Anyhow, take a peek. kinda on topic.

Another Idea, is to pay those that have access to said quests to get you alchemical reagents.  Some lower quests have certain ones, that are not found many other places, and some higher level quests do. IF you no longer have access to a quest, seems a ripe opportunity to interact with the player base to get them. In fact, some folks even have business's around supplying alchemical regents.

It seems pretty random, I have been on all hours of the day last two days due to work stoppage irl, and it is consistently bad lag. Questing, conversations, transitions. Then, mysteriously, there will be lag free times.  They do not last long. (the lag free times)

But it has been the full range, of ..warping, no enemies, surrounded by six, click a pot, nothing happens til long after, text conversations with npc takeing forever to load, and pulling up inventories sometimes takes a few minutes.

Should also factor in surrendering oneself to law enforcement.  Might be better to simply kill your arresting agent, then get branded. IF you can..food for thought.

Had these NWN issues, and loaded the game off the disk the first time or two, then got the short cut on the bottom bar to work. Followed the steps in those links and it started working well enough, except for the crash once an hour, but I think I just need to find the program that is conflicting with it. Best of luck.

Plus sneaky assassin's can join your group, and make it very interesting for you, if your not watching the left screen chat window closely!

Leave as is. Does far more for immersion then is gained in the mechanical advantages of a party.

Well played sir! First  major character I encountered with Aerik when I returned to the server, and you set the Hook in deep! Thank you, for always keeping it interesting, both as ally and enemy.  I shudder to think of what you will cook up with the Demi God status you know have. And cannot wait!
