Wild Orcs Quest - Journal Bug

I'm not sure if its been reported before, but the journal entry when you take the Wild Orcs quest (the first one) is bugged. When you take it, you get an error message where the quest description is supposed to be, and it doesn't update to 'completed' status when you kill the boss; however its possible to still end it and receive the XP/gold reward.
