FE selection should represents a ranger's extroadinary skill in hunting down and killing particular races or monsters. This extroadinary skill should be derived from sheer practice, and the practice should consequently be a derivative of sustained circumstancial need and/or emotional dedication (racial hatred being the most common).

So basically unless your PC regularly hunts down and slays humans because its his a job (bounty hunter, assassin, etc) or does so out of a sense of -racial- hatred or vengeance (Eldruth Veluuthra elf for example) then IMO you should definitely not take it.

Ofc. in the post above Egon is suggesting taking FE: Halfling 'because you spot halfling thieves good' as a viable Ranger concept LOL.

Yeah, 25 seems a better number for this.

I might be fully wrong now and punish me deeply if I am- However I heard that if you put 10 points into EFUSS acrobatics, it gives you 2 additional tumble points, and I am not fully sure but I believe it might modify the tumble score in such way that on lvl 9, a maxed out tumble + 10 point in acrobatics means 15 core tumble score points, causing extra (third) tumble AC given 2 levels earlier than it should.

This might be complete bullshit but please tell me if I am wrong,  I would like to know it myself too!

I'm skeptical as to whether this is truly leading to some 'imbalance' between the Dominion and the non-Dominion PCs...in fact, I'd wager that the most powerful and successful PCs in the server's history never made use of banks.

The occasional sour death comes with the territory. Don't get too upset about it.

A classy player will always win in the end, even if he has to suffer a few deaths to get the story and recognition he desires and deserves. And the wait is always worth it.

Who remembers the weakly-concepted PCs who never involved others, built anything lasting or executed PvP tastefully with a mind for story and tension? Nobody.

Also, I'm rather skeptical of any call that a fundamental, server-wide 'shift' towards bad PvP etiquette has transpired, as implied. I bet it was an isolated incident you personally experienced. Its unfair on the server and the DMs and playerbase to call it much more, IMO.
