I have to say, today even I've seen the lag. It's around every couple minutes, a small freezing.

Don't know about honesty or what not, but I got no problem with levels. They are wands for rogue use only, and I just mentioned this bug in case someone has bit lower UMD, and tends to fail the check. It is not a class requirement to have high skill of it either so high rogue levels is a poor argument here, and in needful use, it's not fun to fail the wand usage either.

I am not in trouble here, but who ever might be in future, sure should appreacite this report if it's accidental bug and fixable.

It seems these Burglar wands for rogues still require UMD check.

At times the stealthing colour remains permanently. I am now brown 24/7.

This area between gobsquat and ziggurat is not seen as city area for the perk.
