Yes, I think they need to sometimes just be hit again or hard enough to be brought into a higher "tier" of being subdued.

The two houses appear rather stagnant to me, at least in terms of conflict between them. I'd say that they need the things Capricious suggested but could also do with some greater agenda and goals that cause competition with their rivals or enemies.

The largest impact I have noticed from associations is a negative one that comes in the form of recruitment. They seem to swallow up players that could perhaps belong to player factions instead, yet offer instant incentives that player factions typically cannot.

I really feel that they need to be expanded upon lore wise, offer a better hierarchy above the base that has positions players apply for, and compete with one another a lot more in general.

Do you mean non-withered areas in withered lands such as the Cliffside area?

If so, I don't see how it will add to the server, as most people are going to inhabit Mistlocke regions anyways (As they should).

A good idea, just not wanted for the purposes of centralizing the playerbase.

The playerbase seems too centralized to me at the moment. While the prior setting was far too spread out, I think that going from 4-5 different "safe" havens for people to basically one is too much of a correction. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing another place like the prior Lower sanctuary / Docks being more available and safe.

Likely an issue with overrides or the updated files for EFU. Double check that you have the most recent overrides and spells.2da file downloaded from their download section and then try again.

I wouldn't mind food providing some short term benefit or a boost to resting, but I am heavily against -any- sort of requirement for food or water in general.

My entire right hand has been badly burned and it is rather hard to function normally at the time. I will try to play as much as possible, but my ability to use the mouse or even type properly are rather restricted.

Monster Name: Canzah

Monster Description: A slim, awkward man with a vial at his side. He is complacent and wise, things easily noticed from a quick glance, yet his most apparent feature is his deadly nature.

Monster Abilities: HIPS, death attack, always on subdual, PCs lose a random limb at the end of it.

Monster Appearance: This drunkard is slim and squirrely, lithe and quick. If it weren't for his prominence and reputation you might take him for easy prey or a poor victim.

Extra Comments: Designed to add some further ambience to all of the areas. Whether it's the thanatol or simple affliction with alcoholic beverages, this man has long plagued the wilds of Ymph and has a love for your limbs.

Monster Name: Void Wyrm

Monster Description: A strange and alien wyrm, these beasts have begun to emerge only recently from their eggs that were long thought dormant. These blue scaled wyrms are indeed strange, with a thick cloud of Mist always accumulating upon their figure that makes me nearly impossible to see clearly.


Monster Abilities: Mist form, Barbed Strike (Stunning fist), Psionic mind blast, Chaos Shield

Monster Appearance: Mist Wyrm in the toolset, scaled down to Humanoid size for the time being while they feed.

Region: All

Extra Comments:

 They had arrived an age prior aboard a small meteor that struck near Ymph and had caused a massive tidal wave. Oddly, should one open an unhatched egg, they will find only emptiness within. These Wyrms hold a fierce appetite and seem to devour their prey whole. Anything larger is completely ignored by the creatures, and their agenda at the time appears to be one of growth only.

Seems unnecessary to me when other spells that replace your form (arcane eye, polymorph self) do not cause this effect.

+1 chain mail or a chain shirt is rather common quest loot, last I checked! :)

Try reading it again. A chain mail build requires no "dispellable" AC nor a con sacrifice.
