Ah yes, it is fixed i chose the wrong deitys they where sappost to be death and trickery! all fixed thanks to DM Mort! thank ye!

Well, the server just restarted and my temp fix wore off, i belive i must get wanded on my pc my spell failure came back

I just did my character the way i mentioned before the Fighter/Cleirc concept untill the Cleric bug situation gets fixed or when a dm has the time to wand me and delete some of my previous characters that i made trying to fix this problem

As a dead deity, it's possible Myrkul will require a DM wanding to activate (I can't remember). An app isn't required for this, but generally only players should play a cleric of a dead deity if they're absolutely certain that it's the kind of concept they want to play.... as it would be something quite rare!

Anyway, if this is what you want to play, please just send a DM message IG to get wanded for spell casting.

I think it is a bug, because i was able to cast spells when cleric was not my main class, but when cleric was my main i could not cast spells

I have found a Temp fix, I wanted to multiclass my cleric lets say for example cleric/fighter. So instead of taking cleric as my main class, i took fighter as my main and cleric as a second class and i was able to cast divine spells without spell failure.

This should be bumped.. =b

Did you relog? Use the deity changer? Wrote myrkul instead of Myrkul?

Yes, if you need me too i can log onto my PC if it helps any. I have spelled it correctly also

See here is my problem.. i chose myrkul as my Deitie my cherecter is NE He is a cleric and he chose both of the deities domains.. evil and death and i still get the message "myrkul is a valid forgotten realms deitie but inappropriate for your cherecter" I was thinking of going with shar so i could learn shadow weave but i still think this is a bug.
