In v5 I played a druid who did not shape shift frequently, without wild shape NPCs can detect you per above. Your move silently is not high enough without shape shift to reliable pass the listen check. PC wise, same holds true if the PC in question has points in listen. To my shame I once even got detected by a pure fighter build (we dont talk about that...  8)).

Above assumes the base monster balance is relatively the same detect wise in v6. Seems to be true so far based on my initial exploration of the module.

In addition, without wild shape you do not have a reliable way to pierce damage resistance. Druids as is do not have magic weapon / dark fire / or some equivalent of divine power to boost your AB.  They do get Herald of Winter but that is a level 5 spell.

I think people are overestimating how powerful the class is without wild shape.

When you respawn near the gate, you lose your pack even if your 5 and under. Given that you dont if you respawn in the Masoleum, I dont think you should lose it if you do it near the gate. Is this a bug?

I realize I have been out of EfU for a bit, but the AI seems to be acting very strangely lately. Monsters from across multiple rooms / bends will now all focus on one person and charge that one. Is this normal or is a known issue?

Reading that, I truly hope the consequences of him not being around are profound and felt on an individual character level. In other words, the plot against the Dread is one of the best in my opinion server arc wise. Going with the "normal people only" or "good powers only" approaches should have very painful consequences given the magnitude of the threat. Look forward to seeing what is next. Great character.

Let me second One With Nature on this. One of the parts that keeps dragging me back to EfU is how well the overall plot arc is put together. Each chapter feeding into the next. The Dwellers right now are being focused on the server plot of the Dread. If you have any interest in the Dwellers or coming up with a concept to fight the Dread, its a great time to join.

If you enter the Within the Pit and then shoot a grapple to climb out, the rope appears and the DC check tells you if you passed or not .. however no climb action takes place and you remain within the Pit.

Excellent monk! Didnt get to see enough of him, but really enjoyed what I did see.

I really recommend this group for anyone interested. Tons of great characters and some interesting goals / plots. As someone recently returning to the server, its been great fun!

An excellent character I saw from a variety of times. Each time Alba always seemed consistent and for lake of a better term "real".

I am extremely excited about the server moving forward. I liked EfU, thought EfU:A was a needed break, got really intrigued with EfU:M, and am blown away by EfU:R. Really looking forward to all of this DMs.
