You .... do realize Sanctuary's been around for almost two centuries? They've had a LONG time to plan and build Upper. Lower's in ruins because it was trashed by PCs, invasions, time, and terrorism.

Age-old issue I've seen across multiple NWN servers and single-player. Likely a hardcoded NWN bug.

You have to be equipped with a melee weapon. (if you were, then yes, this is a bug)

The house containing the alchemy quest for what I assume must be arcane casters has a door that autolocks behind you when you enter, requiring a specific key. LetsPlayForFun had to manually let me out, at which point thralls rushed into the chamber as soon as the door opened. Not sure how much of this is a bug, but there you have it.

I have: multiple ranks spent in Tumble and am wearing no -skill equipment.

Problem: the spell 'Jump' is quirky.

- Often works fine, for a decent duration

- However, often quits very early, after a fall or fail, or simply does not give any bonus or buff upon casting. This has been all been duplicateable through 30+ castings.

According to previous experimentation, Stilled spells function far more effectively underwater than Silenced or regular. I say, this is entirely backward. Frankly speaking, movement isn't 'that' badly damaged that hand waving is severely impaired, whereas water silences everyone to a much, much worse degree (and threatens drowning if you attempt speaking).

Hence, it should be Silenced spells that can be cast more effectively (with less chance of fail), not Stilled, while underwater.
