The arms licenses handed out to Thorne and Vale are easily forged as they carry no identifying markers.

I've invalidated them as a result but have taken them on their word that they are permitted to carry them in their duties protecting the merchants of the Souk.

To prevent forgeries of your licenses and signature I would recommend adding the name of the one the license is intended for onto each license, names should not be at the bottom or top of the license but somewhere in the middle, this should prevent easy forgeries.

The safest guard against forgery is for the fourth to maintain a list of individuals with permission and enforcing based on this, though I will add that we are against permission to openly carrying arms becoming a common thing.

From my limited time here I don't see herbs drop frequently enough for those who would use them in quantity, I see maybe 0-3 on most contract runs and each is worth maybe one use of water, varying in quality depending on heal skill.

I think adding an herb to each rest or reset of a medicine man/physician rogue (pure)/apothecary would go a ways towards helping them out.

This would result in 2 for the dedicated support healer rogue per rest/reset and 1 for the medicine barb where its more of a side benefit.

The janissary uniforms don't have full plates.

I don't think legal authority should have a bearing on quality of armor.

But I do think people who find and buy their own equipment having an edge over standard issue stuff you can get day 1 signing up is fine.

Perhaps a +1 reinforced uniform available in the specialty store could work? But I know designing more equipment is annoying so perhaps that isn't ideal.

Could cost like, 500-1000 favors, sergeants and what not could help outfit ppl if they trust in them sticking around.

Similarly could have a cloak with 1 reflex save and a helmet with 1/day ultravision or even see invisibility, otherwise the same as the standard but 'masterwork'

Made this guy mostly to get back into the swing of things, though he quickly ended up far more involved in things than I'd bargained for. Tried to stick along with the ride and it took me some strange places, was fun!

I've a lot of screenshots funny enough but a lot of them are rather spoilery in nature so I'll keep them to myself.

Best time were those in the Watchers, just as everyone expects we spend the majority of the time doing nothing but eating and drinking whilst getting paid.
