After clearing the spawns in area "QA - Ring 99 - Ticker Square - The Little Yellow Dragon Theatre" and getting a journal update stating
"You've killed the spiders in the Little Yellow Dragon Theater"
The only conversation options the npc Open Door Inn Employee gives me are
"How's it going?"
