There is still a sign saying 'the Worm Pits' in Starag's Rest... in addition the lift placeable thing presently there doesn't make a lot of sense anymore, does it?

There are several doors that can be opened in Residential Section VI that don't lead anywhere once opened, no transition or anything... in particular the ones by the homes surrounded by statues.

There is a door in the Ancient Arena by the heaps of parchment that can be opened that has a broken transition that leads nowhere. In addition, the faded parchment placeable on the ground says it can be translated but when clicked does nothing.

You find these in some places- they don't come with very many charges. So I think that having their charges, when used, result in a craft trap check vs DC 11 and then a certain amount of HP healed on a construct would be pretty cool.

Unless they are already removed, you can still make the bundles in alchemy. I don't think they're anywhere else.
