Bug Reports / Wage Broken
May 23, 2017, 10:01:15 PM
My character's W&W wage has broken. He has not received payment for approximately 7-8 hours of play, despite being fully equipped in uniform and in Sanctuary.

Name: Haakon Hvitserk
GSID: Varangian Skald

“I live in a world of fire and sand. The crimson sun scorches
the life from anything that crawls or flies, and storms of
sand scour the foliage from the barren ground. This is a
land of blood and dust, where tribes of feral elves sweep out from the
salt plains to plunder lonely caravans, mysterious
singing winds call travelers to slow suffocation in the Sea of
Silt, and selfish kings squander their subjects’ lives building
gaudy palaces and garish tombs. This bleak wasteland is
Athas, and it is my home.”

I am going to be running a Dark Sun campaign using Pathfinder rules. EFU players are welcome to join; I am looking for about 4-7 players total for an extensive campaign. You should be familiar with Pathfinder's core rules, and be willing to read up on a House Rule document for changes to Pathfinder so that it fits with the Athasian setting.

Microphone and Discord will both be necessary. Have a relaxed and laid-back attitude, but you should also be comfortable with roleplaying using your voice (alcohol helps).

European timezone seems to be having some issues for all players. 16/05/2017 15:30 GMT

EDIT: Connection to direct IP rather than bounce has helped some players and not others.

[hide=Last of the Gith][/hide]

Despite the fact this plot never truly got off the ground, I massively enjoyed playing Zuthera. He was quite the experience and I am grateful to Ironside for giving me the chance to play such a cool race as a Githzerai.

MAJOR props to the last Githyanki, Seluka, who gave us a mutual ending worthy of a hollywood A-list movie.

Kudos to my other Githzerai too (even though half of you flaked like useless scum but I love you anyway).

General Discussion / Kudos!

Hi all,

This is an initiative to try and help foster a good attitude among players and raise awareness of those who are doing really well with their characters and are deserving of merits.

The idea is very simple: If you have something nice to say about a PC, just post a few sentences here commending them. No negative comments - if you don't have something positive to say, don't say anything.

This shouldn't become some sort of peer-review system, that isn't the intention here: it should serve as a way of both DMs and players being able to have a sense of who is good fun and makes a contributive impact on the server without putting them on a pedestal like the Prominent PCs thread.

To kick it off, I'll make a start:

I have enjoyed interacting with Aurelenn Meskipt on my PC recently. His character is well-written and believable, and I appreciate the sense of realism he adds to his characters by using descriptive emotes as well as written speech.

Scrivener initiation dialogue chain includes references to the Directorate.

Allow Clerics access to the same player tool that wizards can use for saving the orientation of their spellbooks as templates.

Through 'rituals', Clerics have specifically selected blessings from their deity, producing a usable item in the Cleric's inventory that sets what their chosen spells are.

The Cleric metal domain's power is non-functional. Tested on a morningstar with acid darkfire.
