The Old Market Hall territory for prefects was much better than the current one as you had a catalog that could be viewed while you were offline, storage, rest space etc.
The new location has several bugs to it.
1.) Catalog does not work. (And is poorly located, to be frank - should be down in the Market somewhere)
2.) Doors are not linked so you cannot lock / unlock them and actually be secure.
3.) No place to rest in the new location.
