The NPC Kenku called JUNK-RUMMAGE, located on Trash Island, does not open a merchant window when a PC passes a Move Silently check.
(Atleast I think that is the intention)

The dialog is now for an Arbiter uniform, with no option to claim, only leave.

My character who already has the required 13+ intelligence and the feat Expertise is unable to pick Improved Expertise on level up. It is not available on the feat list, in the level up screen.
