Educated is kind of a very RP focused sort of perk, and its bonuses are fairly low priority for a rogue, being what is essentially SF (Lore) and a very, very small XP bonus for succesfully translating even very high lore checks.
However, the fact that you don't take 20 on a lore roll means that often times even low DC lore things can go unlored, despite having a less the 5 difference between the skill bonus and the DC (I'm speaking from personal experience on this ;D )
As such, perhaps as a pure bonus for rogue with educated, they could be allowed to get a free reroll on any lore checks they fail, to show that as an educated person they have the training to go back and try to analyze what they failed to understand before? Given the largely fluffy nature of this, and the fact that educated is to many a "wasted" perk, it would still largely be unpicked, it doesn't make that big a difference, but it does make playing a scholarly/archaeological rogue more appealing.
