Greetings, inside  :gardening zone: in Velstra Vale  is not posible plant any seeds.
Tried four diferent seeds brought from :Adela  the Apothecary: which stands right front Velstra Vale. 
But everytime I try plan the seeds I get system messages : [Gardening] This region is not suitable for cultivating a plant.:

spell protection from aligment cant be brewed or made into scrolls didnt try made wand from it propably same problem.
spelll magic circle  againts aligment got same problem with making it into scroll.
