This quest appears to be broken in a handful of ways. The vertical rope climb grapple point from the bottom does not take you up. All the trash pile loot was empty, and any potential secret door was unable to be found despite much combing with high search. Additionally none of the grapple gun areas have any indicator they are grapple gun spots.
