An ignoble death but one nonetheless, after a maddening slope into paranoia and an inability to trust there's little surprise it panned out the way it did.

Ciriaco Acciai was a Chondathan farmer who was much beloved by his family until, in the magic-fearing parts of Chondath, his little sister developed sorcerous powers.
It remained a family secret for several years until eventually some temper-tantrum or fearful situation caused her magic to flare up infront of the wrong people. She was lynched and murdered, leaving Ciriaco heartbroken and vengeful.
He spent the next decade systematically murdering his sister's killers, before ultimately taking a shiv in the back, his last memories before awakening were bleeding out in a puddle of his own blood in a shit-stinking alleyway. Turns out, that's his last memories in the city too.

Vengeance played a huge part in shaping Ciriaco, from spending a decade hunting down the men who murdered his dearest Gianna, to pursuing a bloody and violent warpath in vengeance against his wife's killer, Ahsra Ashworthy.

He never got the Rat Queen, but he did murder a few of her conspirators.

Good luck to the next Inquisitor, it's not an easy job.

As the title says, my pc Ciriaco Acciai has not received flesh trophies from the two human pcs he has killed.

I have a total of 6 ranger levels (7 at the time of killing) and fe: human.

Dead pcs in question were Harren Sternpond and Anna Davis.

With my vacation coming to an end I'll soon be returning to the game.

This is a good time for those between concepts to consider joining the Kings Inquisitor as a henchman.

There is an endless bevy of concepts that could fit this, from a Squire, to a loyal adherent of the King, to a scheming apprentice trying to overtake the Inquisitors position through ritual combat to the death.

Expect pvp, expect conflict. No faction is really an ally of the Inquisitorial Court when they've all got alternative goals.

It will be hard if not impossible to harbour oaths to two masters at once, so complete loyalty to the King is necessary, under pain of FD from either our mysterious benefactor or your more mortal masters.

I'll repeat that no one outside the Kings Court is a real ally and if you're not eager to be betrayed or fd'd preemptively this is probably not a faction for you.

The King's Inquisitor is leaving on a two week bender in a foreign country.

Also there doesn't seem to be a boss of any kind, the mobs stack traps ontop of eachother so you eat 70+ damage in a step with wards up.

I'm to understand that custom tailored gear is intended to be brutally expensive and that most people will wear ramshackle clothing/armour for the majority of their characters life.

Bill was hands down one of the best roleplayed 'gentle giants' I've seen and I enjoyed interacting with him on Aerun.
