I guess you really have nothing better to do than troll the suggestion forum and annoy others. If you've got nothing 'suggestive' then stop being so damned negative, IMHO.

On topic, I would like to see 'Freedom of Movement' increased to hour/level... the mechanics page says it gives immunity to petrification, I assume this is on top of immunity to paralysis, slow, and entangle rather than in lieu of it?

Nihm

I've had two characters die to assassin vines.  One was teleported onto two of them, also a barbarian actually with a great many hitpoints, didn't matter since failed the save to plants that hit like orcs with greatswords.  My sorceror was in a party of eight when an assassin ganked him, noone saw it coming and he was dead before they could react (fiftyish hitpoints on him).

I find them overpowered and ridiculous, particularly since they don't even drop anything useable.

QuoteSo its a dangerous place to travel alone LOL

Alone in a party of seven other people, yes, very dangerous to people who travel alone in parties of eight.

QuoteThat's kinda of the point of these monsters? To scare you into going into these areas?

How about things with Powerword: Kill as well, since that is the objective.

I don't think goblin assassins are particularly OP.
I had a not at all powerbuilt lvl 4 cleric with naff gear get jumped by 2 or 3 of the buggers on a spiced goblin quest (singled out for being the weedy one >_>), on one occasion in the middle of pretty heavy combat, and it turned out alright thanks to the other two in the party being quick to run in and save the day.

They miss quite a lot too, so it's not just a fort save that stops them instantly pwning everybody.
