Downloading portaits

Having grown tied of the original portrait packs I have finally downloaded some variety loaded elsewhere in these forums but for some reason they are not feeding into the game.
 
The download has been unzipped and placed in the NWN override folder so what am I missing?

Hey there!

In fact, you must unzip your portrait files in your portraits folder. If you can't find one, just create a new one and name it portraits.
