Rewarding proactivity

From this point onward, we will be providing significant bonuses in XP to any PCs who demonstrate proactivity, including regular XP drops to PCs who seem to demonstrate regular proactivity.

"Proactivity" is the pursuit of interesting RP character goals. We will especially be looking for any activities which make the game more interesting for other players. "Proactivity" is not sitting around the Mistlocke square and RPing about the weather.
