Secluded Quarry

Please add a spawnpoint to Island - Forgotten Forest - Secluded Quarry, I think it would be pretty neat.

Agreed. Its a really atmospheric area that I don't think gets enough action.

I love that area. I am vaguely hoping that it will turn out to be as important to EfU: M as the cave of the dreamers was to EfU: A. :)

But I motion no to a spawnpoint here.

This area, like many in EfU, is magical because of its silence. Its remote obscurity. In it you can really feel the weight of the ages- the crushing wheels of time that decimate the world.

When you are in it, you can really breathe the desolation- the struggle against forces we cannot stop - or even comprehend. The futility of it all, and how all we do will ultimately be in vain. All our PCs will die. The world of EfU is one that is rotting, wasting away, always at the brink of extinction. Against those massive odds, our PCs fight- but they are doomed to lose. But we still fight because it makes for a great story...

My point is, a spawn point there would cheapen the place, I think. One of EfU's many lonely places. It is easy enough to get there, anyway.

How would a spawn point there change that...

A) You'd run into people more often.
B) You'd have an OOC placable, somewhat reducing the dramatic effect.

I don't know. You tell me. I'm just being weird. EfU is very special to me; it's the Planescape: Torment and the Dark Souls of NWN PW's. I just hope I'll be around to see how it ends.
