With the death of Derlina, Lower no longer has any means of raising its dead. Might I suggest some other NPC cleric be invested with the ability? Perhaps Sister Anniece of the Ascension or the Tychean in the Southern Alleys.

Personally I dislike this notion. Not having an NPC who can raise the dead available to dedicated Lower PCs is a testament to the difficulty of the area. Just like how they have little npcs to guard them and no bank services. I feel the spiritual poverty also makes sense from an in character perspective.

I also believe this is a nice objective for a character to pursue in game. Rather than just hand it out oocly, some effort could be made to recruit a PC (preferably) cleric. Or kidnap/recruit an NPC cleric from Upper.

I think that having some cleric outside Upper with such service to be really important, even more considering that wildlings got nothing like that and they probably used Ibrandul cave for such aid in the past.
