Jannath Stuff

I hate ooc recruitment, especially to stuff focused around a religion. This is not one of those. This is to raise awareness should anyone have a PC who has similar ideas or association to get a better grasp of what it is about. One need not accept Jannath or Chauntea as their patron but it is foolish not to include them in daily prayers like the rest of the world does.

The intent of this is to bring some savagery to the feel of the wilderness. The world is changing and the wild spirit and untamed growth is needed to burst up from the underworld.




The more public and Sanctuary oriented goal is to establish enhanced agriculture in the Starag's Rest area. A goal that can see the aid of magically inclined PCs, farmers, merchants, and PCs with political agendas. Exact details on this you can learn IG.

Another goal is to act as guardians of the underworlds wilderness areas. Planting as able and nurturing the wild growth of plantlife, as opposed to cultivation and farming like Chauntea would ask. The defence of these places is paramount and violent as uncontrolled and unguided overgrowth would be sought to consume the tunnels and guard against the abberant.

The third public goal is to handle or hinder those who leave Sanctuary on exploration missions, as depending on purpose and company. It can be dangerous for people of the 'new ways' to venture too far whereas at the same time those with good intent may need local guardians and guides of the wilds to see their way through the dark. To this end allies and enemies can be made.




There is a lot more than is seen on the surface or which can be mentioned. You need not be a natural themed character or a herbalist of any sort to become involved in the works pushed forward. There is a role for everyone to play in the big picture and if you are unsure how to get involved or interested just send a PM here or on IRC!
