Machine Sabotage/Repair points

Points to sabotage (hostile/silvanus druids, chosen, anti-plumbing oozers etc) or repair (Engineers, Sanctuary enthusiasts) places in the Machine could be nice, times repaired vs times sabotaged (with any adjustable variables on what NPCs would do overtime as well) to be compared at a later date to affect new changes to the Machine.

Maybe some places end up entirely flooded, tramway locations denied, or maybe new pumps start getting put in some places, pipes cleared etc to reduce the water level slightly in places that are flooded to give breathing room.
